Princeton area resident Bob Denver passes Everybody's favorite little buddy, Bob Denver has died, officials announced Tuesday. Best known for his role as Gilligan in Gilligan's Island, Bob Denver died Friday in North Carolina where he was being treated for cancer. Denver's agent, Mike Eisenstadt, the Associated Press and "Entertainment Tonight" reported the star's passing. Denver founded a Princeton area radio station, aptly called "Little Buddy Radio."
